Who we are
We are a small structural consulting firm located in Gorham, Maine. We work with all types of buildings including residential, commercial, educational, and retail facilities. Our clients include architects, contractors, fabricators, and owners.
We work in all areas of structural design for buildings. We enjoy designing with light gage steel, steel, wood, and concrete. Whether you have a complete structure, a home that needs an engineer's assistance, or a pre-engineered building foundation, we are eager and available to help.

Our specialty
Our specialty is light gage steel design. We have designed numerous load bearing light gage steel structures that rely solely on light gage steel studs for the building's structural support.

These are exciting structures to design. They offer the benefits of non-combustible construction, and often, the elimination of an expensive structural steel frame, among other advantages.
We feel that the potential for light gage steel construction is far from being fully realized, and in the future will become a much more widely used system.
